AniPlot is intended for research and educational purposes only. You must not upload human genomic data, sensitive, confidential, or patient-related data, or sequences derived from select agents, regulated pathogens, or any biological material subject to biosafety or export-control regulations. By using this tool you confirm that your data is not subject to privacy regulations such as HIPAA or equivalent legislation.
You must not use this tool for any unlawful, harmful, or malicious purpose. Results must not be used as the sole basis for clinical, legal, or commercial decisions.
We are not responsible for any misuse of this tool or its results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from use of AniPlot. No fee is charged and no commercial relationship exists.
Uploaded files and analysis results are automatically deleted within 48 hours. IP addresses and filenames are logged for security and rate-limiting purposes. This tool is not intended to process personal data.
AniPlot uses open-source tools including skani and Plotly. Reference genome data is sourced from NCBI RefSeq. All third-party tools and data remain subject to their respective licences.

AniPlot (aniplot.dev) is a free web tool for Average Nucleotide Identity analysis that uses skani, operated as a portfolio project by an individual developer (Juba Ould Ahmed). It is not a commercial product or registered business.
Uploaded genome files and analysis results are automatically deleted after 48 hours. Job records may be kept longer for debugging purposes but contain no personal information.
AniPlot is not intended to process personal data. Users must not upload sequences containing or derived from human biological material. If such data is uploaded in error, it will be automatically deleted within 48 hours.
